Headless ecommerce in Granditude Commerce
A storefront for consumers and business buyers, on one catalogue
Granditude Storefront is the headless ecommerce engine behind each merchant's shop: browsing, search, customer accounts, checkout and order placement. Products and prices arrive from PIM and Pricing over the platform's data stream, so the shop is always current without anyone maintaining a second copy.
Receives
- Products, categories and brands from PIM
- Prices and volume tiers from Pricing
- Customer price lists for business buyers
- Shipment updates
Publishes
- Orders to the order desk
- Stock reductions
Two shops for two kinds of customer is one shop too many
Many merchants run a consumer webshop on one platform and a B2B portal on another, each with its own product copy, price list and login. Both drift out of date, and every change has to be made twice.
Granditude Storefront serves both from one catalogue. A logged-in business buyer sees the prices negotiated for their company and can buy on invoice, while a consumer on the same site pays upfront at checkout.
Sound familiar?
- A B2B portal with its own product data that is never quite current
- Search that only finds products when the shopper types the exact word
- Every new campaign page needs a developer
What Granditude Storefront does
- AI search by meaning
- The catalogue is indexed by meaning, not just keywords, so a search for "something warm for hiking in October" returns sensible products even when none of those words are in the product data.
- AI shopping assistant
- An assistant that answers shoppers in conversation and recommends products from the shop's own catalogue, grounded in what the search actually found.
- B2B prices in the shop
- A business buyer is linked to their company and sees that company's negotiated prices. Volume discounts are shown on the product.
- Checkout on terms
- Consumers pay upfront with Klarna, Qliro, Nexi, Walley or Svea. Business customers can buy on invoice, or pro-forma where payment comes first.
- Accounts without friction
- A customer account is created at first purchase and activated with a link by email, so a first-time buyer can come back to their order history without a signup form.
- Merchandising without code
- Landing-page widgets, discount codes, per-shop SEO text and redirects are managed by the merchant in the admin.
- Delivery and pickup
- Configure delivery methods, pickup points, services such as installation or gift wrap, and free-shipping thresholds per shop.
- Fast by design
- The shop site caches its catalogue and is refreshed automatically when products, prices or settings change.
How an order flows through the storefront
The shopper finds the product
Through navigation, search by meaning or the shopping assistant, at the price that applies to them.
Checkout
Consumers pay with the payment provider of the shop's choice. Business buyers order on their agreed terms.
The order is published
Once paid, or placed on invoice, the order is published to Order Management and stock is reduced.
The customer follows it
Shipment and tracking updates come back from the order desk and appear in the customer's order history.
Part of one platform, not another silo
Storefront never talks to another application directly. It publishes what it owns to Connect once, and receives what it needs the same way. That is why the numbers stay the same in every system.
Who uses it

Questions about Storefront
What is a headless storefront?
A headless storefront separates the shop's front end, the website customers see, from the commerce engine behind it. Granditude Storefront is that engine: it serves products, prices, search, accounts and checkout to the shop's own site.
Can B2B and B2C customers use the same webshop?
Yes. Consumers see consumer prices and pay at checkout. A logged-in business buyer is linked to their company, sees that company's negotiated prices and can order on invoice.
How does the AI search work?
Products are indexed by meaning using vector embeddings, so the search understands what a shopper is looking for rather than matching exact words. The shopping assistant only recommends products the search actually returned.
Which payment providers are supported?
Upfront payment through Klarna, Qliro, Nexi, Walley and Svea, plus invoice and pro-forma ordering for business customers.
Do I need developers to change the shop?
No. Widgets, discount codes, delivery options, SEO texts and store settings are managed in the admin, and the shop site refreshes automatically when they change.
Where do products and prices in the shop come from?
Products come from Granditude PIM and prices from Pricing Optimisation, over the platform's data stream. There is no separate product copy to maintain for the shop.
