No surprises. No one-size-fits-all. Here's how it works.
We don't do 12-month contracts before we've even talked. Here's how we typically get going.
We learn about your business, your tools, and what's broken. No pitch — just listening. This is free and usually takes 1-2 calls.
We dig into your situation and build a business case. What's possible, what's the impact, what makes sense for you. This helps us both make a smart decision.
We come back with a plan — what we'd build, how long it takes, and what it costs. Clear scope, no surprises.
We build it. You're involved — we share progress, get feedback, and adjust as we go. No disappearing for 6 months.
Once live, we stick around. Support, improvements, new features as your business grows. We're partners, not just a vendor.
There's no standard package. We figure out what makes sense for your situation. Here are some ways we've done it:
You compensate us for our costs to setup your solution. Once live, you pay a smaller monthly fee for hosting, support, and maintenance. A deal that is good for both parties, and you want to keep your running costs low and predictable.
We take the costs for setting up your solution. You pay nothing until it's live, then a higher monthly fee that covers our investment over time. Good if you'd rather spread the cost over time.
We deliver the solution to you and take care of running it. You focus on your business. We work together in a partnership and share the upside. We get a percentage of the revenue. Good if you want us fully invested in your growth and you want to minimise your investment.
The point: We're not trying to maximize what you pay — we're trying to find a structure that works for both of us. That's how partnerships last.
We're not a black-box agency. For this to work, we need a few things from you:
A decision maker in the room. Someone who can say yes, give feedback, and unblock things when needed. Projects stall when decisions get stuck.
Time for feedback. We share work regularly. You don't need to micromanage, but we need you to respond and be active.
Honesty about what's not working. Tell us early if something feels off. We'd rather adjust than find out at the end that you're unhappy.
Access to your systems. We'll need logins, API keys, and access to the tools we're connecting. We handle it securely, obviously.
