Working Together

  • Data stream and integrations in Granditude Commerce

Connect: publish it once, and every system that needs it already has it

Connect is the part of Granditude Commerce a merchant never opens, and the reason the rest holds together. Applications publish what they know, a product changed, an order was placed, stock moved, and Connect delivers it to every application and external system that cares. The systems you already run, from accounting to point of sale, connect the same way.

    Receives

    • Products, prices and stock
    • Orders and shipments
    • Purchase orders
    • Payouts and fees from payment providers

    Publishes

    • The same facts, to every application and connected system
    • Orders between businesses on the platform
What Connect receives and publishes on Connect, the data stream shared by every Granditude Commerce application.

Point-to-point integrations break one connection at a time

A typical merchant has a webshop talking to the ERP, the ERP talking to the warehouse, and the point of sale talking to nobody. Each link is its own project, and when one fails the numbers in the others quietly drift.

In Granditude Commerce, every application and every external system talks to Connect and to nothing else. Adding a sales channel or an accounting system means connecting one more edge to the middle, not rewiring what already runs.

    Sound familiar?

    • Stock that differs between the shop, the POS and the accounts
    • An integration per pair of systems, each with its own failures
    • Customer and supplier details typed into three systems

    What Connect does

    One stream for everything
Products, prices, stock, orders, shipments, purchase orders, finance events and company profiles all travel the same route.
    One company record
Customers and suppliers are kept once, with legal name, organisation number, VAT number, addresses, contacts and payment terms, and read by every application.
    Markets and channels
The register of the merchant's markets and sales channels that every application shares.
    Trading between businesses
When both sides run Granditude Commerce, a confirmed purchase order arrives at the supplier as a live sales order, with no EDI project.
    A full audit trail
Every message is logged, so you can see what was sent, when and by which application.
    Built once, available to all
An integration is built once on Connect and is available to every merchant on the platform, not rebuilt per customer.

    How a change travels

    1. Something happens

A price changes in Pricing, a parcel ships in the warehouse, or an order is placed in the shop.

    2. It is published once

The application that owns the fact publishes it to Connect.

    3. Everyone who needs it hears it

Connect delivers it to every application and integration that subscribes to it.

    4. Your other systems follow

Fortnox gets the order or invoice, the point of sale gets the product, and the shop gets the stock.

Part of one platform, not another silo

Connect never talks to another application directly. It publishes what it owns to Connect once, and receives what it needs the same way. That is why the numbers stay the same in every system.

    Who uses it

    • Merchants keep their existing accounting, payment, POS and shipping systems.
    • Finance teams get orders, invoices and payouts in Fortnox without re-keying.
    • Trading partners on the platform exchange orders and catalogues directly.

Integrations that keep your existing systems running

    Questions about Connect and integrations

    What is Connect?

Connect is the data stream at the centre of Granditude Commerce. Every application publishes what it knows to Connect once, and Connect delivers it to every application and external system that needs it.

    Does Granditude integrate with Fortnox?

Yes. Orders, invoices, articles, stock, warehouses and finance entries can be synced with Fortnox, and Fortnox can be connected by the merchant through a self-service sign-in.

    Which systems can be connected?

Among others Fortnox, Sharp, Zettle, nShift, Qliro, Svea, Kustom, Nexi and Brevo. New integrations are built once on Connect and become available to every merchant.

Can two companies on Granditude Commerce trade directly?

Yes. When a buyer confirms a purchase order to a supplier that also runs Granditude Commerce, it arrives in the supplier's Order Management as a live sales order, with the buying company and agreed prices already applied.

Do I have to replace my accounting or POS system?

No. Your existing systems keep running and connect to Connect the same way the Granditude applications do.

How is data kept consistent between systems?

Each fact has one owner that publishes it, and every other system receives the same version. There are no nightly export files and no copies maintained by hand.
