We offer a SaaS solution for eCommerce Intelligence as a cloud application with an underlying eCommerce data model. We fill this with your information and give you access to this information so you quickly and efficiently can get an overview of the numbers and get insights of your business.

Our solution has an underlying data model that is specifically built for an eCommerce business. This distinguishes us from general Business Intelligence tools where you start with a blank paper and need to build up a data model from scratch. You can be active from day one! We set up an account for you and fill it with your data. We take in product information and prices settings, purchase prices, stock status etc. We have our own click tracker that is deployed on your site enabling you start measuring traffic, orders, conversion and many other KPIs. When you have selected the products in your campaign you can play around with price settings and find out how you will position yourself on the market compared to your competitors, and what margins you will get. When you are happy with your campaign you save it. You then schedule it to be become active at a certain time and decide the time it will be finished. Simple and powerful! You can also put in your campaign costs such as marketing costs and then follow the financial results for your campaign during execution and after the campaign is finished.

Campaign Planning and Follow-up

To be able to work efficiently with your price settings you have to be able to handle one or several ongoing campaigns. You have to be able to create these campaigns in advance and schedule them to be active at a certain time.

One aspect of price settings is to set everyday prices, these are prices that are going to be active any normal day when you don't have an active campaign. For this purpose we provide a standard price list where you can set your prices. In some situations you want a specific offering for one or several specific products at a certain limited time. In such a situation you can create a price campaign that overrides the prices in the standard price list. When the campaign is finished the prices will automatically go back to how they are defined in the standard price list. There is also a block list where you place products that never ever by accident should be part of a discount campaign.
